What’s your shipping cost?
Shipping is free in Australia for all orders $100 and more. There are also further discounts if your order total is above a certain amount. For overseas customers, we just charge the exact shipping that Australia Post charges us and that’s it.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours when you pay by your credit card. If you pay as money order or postal cheque, then this may take 2-3 business day, which is outside of our control.
I am not a PayPal member, can I still buy your products?
Of course you can. If you are not a PayPal member just click on the sentence “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account.” By clicking on “continue” you will be redirected to Paypal form where you can fill in your credit card details without being member to PayPal.
Do I have to register your site for shopping?
No, you don’t have to. Simply select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to payment. If you registered however you can see the status of your orders. For this, simply click ‘Sign me up to the site so I can view my orders’ on the checkout page. Your login pasword is going to be sent your email address provided.
I have registered your site but didn’t get my login password?
When registered, your login password is automatically sent to the email address you provided. However if you don’t receive your login password within an hour then please check your junk mail folder. Still no luck? Simply advise us by email; we reset your password and advise you promptly.
